Massage Services are available providing:

On December 23rd, 2020 the government announced that massage therapy services could reopen but anyone booking in would need to have a prescription or written referral from a regulated health professional.  These restrictions are in place until January 11th.   The following is the message I received from my association.

As per the update provided by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, massage therapists are able to resume immediately providing services under the following guidelines:

All clients must have either a written prescription from a Medical Doctor, or a written referral from a regulated health professional (

An existing written prescription is only valid if issued within the last 12 months.
An existing written referral is only valid if issued within the last 12 months.
A copy of the original written prescription or written referral is acceptable.
The written prescription or written referral must be provided prior to receiving treatment.
A copy of the written prescription or written referral must be kept in the client’s file.

Please note:

  • Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your appointment time.  Remain in your car until you see the light on the east side of the garage at the back where you park your car turn on.   Once the light is turned on, proceed to meet me at the back entrance door. 

  • You must be able to answer no to all of the questions on the form prior to receiving treatment.
  • Please wear a mask (There will be exceptions when this is not possible during your treatment)

  • Your temperature will be taken before being permitted to enter and if your temperature is higher than 38 degrees Celsius or 100.4 F you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • No bare feet are allowed except in the treatment room.  Please wear socks.
  • For the time being, I am asking that no additional persons wait in the waiting area.  Only those receiving treatment will be allowed in the office.
  • There will be hand-sanitizer in each area of the clinic.
  • You will be required to wash your hands or sanitize prior to receiving treatment and after receiving treatment

My booking calendar is in 15 minute increments and be advised that I allow an additional 30 minutes between appointments.

For example: 60 minute massage you require 6 available slots.

45 minute massage you require 5 available slots.

30 minute massage you require 4 available slots.
